Power is on and electricity is working. Panel went out. I do not recommend this product. warranty from manufacturer is only 1 year.

I'm 3 years into the washer/dryer and have never had any issues to date. I was quite apprehensive about ordering LG, despite it being a major brand, but was unsure of the quality of their products. I have the one with the largest capacity and let me tell you, it costs a little more but certainly worth it, hands down. I can wash and dry multiple comforter's, very large blankets, etc at ease. I would defintely buy this again.

With this washer, I actually use different cleaning cycles and see a difference. My favorite features are sanitizing, display of a countdown to the end of cycles, and delicate and handwash cycles. Clothes do not get damaged. We've had it for a few years now, it's been used a lot, and so far no repairs were required, and the laundry is cleaned as good as it was the first day we used the machine.

I have 8 children, and I can finally catch up on all the laundry, quickly. It is efficient in all aspects, with the various settings pertaining to the type of wash that needs to be done, and the load capacity is perfect. I am pleased with the ease of cleaning/maintenance the machine.

I am now able to do King comforters easily The only negative is it does not seem to keep the temp, spin whatever preferences and I always use Goldwater so I am required to remember to select that before i hit start also there is not a rinse and spin cycle
