Only 1 problem, other than that i love it, xlarge cmpasity, can put quilts and xlarge blankets without a problem

Gorgeous washer and when 1st used seemed really nice. I purchased a NEW out of box washer. the 1st few weeks seemed to run good. Then I would hear a loud knock and now when it spins it vibrate, squeaks and bangs hard up against my dryer. The back end of the washer has gradually moved way from the dryer but the front end corner continues to bang away against the dryer. I now notice there is a small crack near the control panel that I do not recall was even there. I checked it thoroughly when I bought it. So it either happened when they reinstalled went they came out to reinstall the appliances to be side by side or with all the banging up against the dryer. Now just waiting to see how Best Buy handles this. It is clearly defective.

Love it’s ability to handle large loads, with ease.

We bought this set on 12/29/2016. We have absolutely enjoyed this washer & dryer ever since. Not one single issue! Now, the 5 year extended warranty is expiring, and I am in a quandary as to whether to extend it for a couple more years. Probably will, as it is just insurance.

I love love this washer & dryer ,.,.I love the little song it does when cycle is over ,,. from one to ten its a 1.000 I have only one thing I would like =0) I can not find my manual for my washer. Would you please tell me how I could get it?? thank-you

I like everything about this washer BUT it shakes vigorously when its on spin mode and its noisy. I have to turn off the turbo wash and put it on medium spin cycle. I had the installer come a second time and he said it was leveled and the problem was my floor. My old Kenmore was about the same size and was quiet as a bee. And I have a newer built home so I know its not my floor. If I could return it, I would.

No complaints. Love that the filter to clean out is right in front easy to reach.

This is a great washer with lots of useful feature, but like the matching dryer it has poor plasticy build quality, especially the door, and it is no where near as quiet as it should be at this price point. It does it's job well but very noticeably louder than the competition at this price. I would only recommend if your laundry room is not near your living space, like in the basement. Vibrations are isolated from the floor very well, but it is just too loud.

Very nice product but they still haven’t figured out how to make the front loader’s seals not mold..

My mother purchased this washing machine for Christmas in Nov of 2014. And it's unfortunately been a total lemon. The drain pump stopped working after about fiver or six months, and I have to manually drain bucket loads of water out of the basin after each wash. I have done all the trouble shooting it says to do online, and nothing helps. I can't get through to any customer service people at either Best Buy or LG to help me figure out how to solve this problem. I love the size of this machine and it's features, but I'm really irritated that it simply doesn't work.

Would not recommend this washing machine. The size is great for a large family that does alot of laundry. However, the wash machine at times will leak, leaving a stream of water running down the front.

Purchased unit in April 2019 and since then the machine has been down for service four times. Machine has been down more weeks than it has be usable. So far 2 control panels, wiring harness, fuses as well the rotor and stator. This machine is a piece of junk. LG and Best Buy have put more money into the repair of the machine than it would have cost to replace it. Once again tonight it has died. No power again. 5th time it has died. Just had it repaired today and after three load dead. I regret buying this machine..

Bought and stored until the house was finished. Didn’t work right from day one, unuseable. Retailer referred us to the extended warranty company. After weeks, they finally agreed to service it. Called in sick the day of the first appointment and couldn’t come back out for another week. Left after awhile, not saying anything. I find out later the technician says it’s a LG issue. I’ve gone round and round with everyone. No one will claim responsibility for repairing it even though I purchased a 5yr extended warranty. Our other LG washer has failed twice. I’d recommend another brand.

Do not buy....design flaw causes leak after use! Tabs from the motor on the back of the drum will poke through the drain hose running up the inside of the back cover as the drum moves....so after a few days or weeks it will start gushing water out! In my case it ruined the ceiling of our finished basement....and LG doesn't care and says "it will be 2 weeks before we can send someone out"....after the matching dryer didn't work from the start and had to be serviced because it didn't have internal assembly completed. Dissapointed in the products and customer service.

Looks great, but when it was delivered, the inner seal looked a bit wonky. They ran a test load and water leaked all over the floor from the bottom of the unit. Sent it back and waiting for Best Buy to contact me to arrange something else.

I was excited to get this washer, unfortunately it does not wash clothes right. I have to run loads two to three cycles to get bad smells out of clothes.

Have purchased 2 of these washers from BEST Buy. Both had water pumps go out in 2 and 3 years, and extended warranty turned into a nightmare of repeat service calls that caused missed days of work because their coyrracrors could not properly diagnose and fix. 2nd time we had to just get our own repair done. Best buys LG machines seem to be junk.

This washer and matching drier were delivered and installed today. Washer is a total lemon right out of the box. First load flooded my laundry room. Ran another load to troubleshoot and learned that during wash and rinse cycles it gushes water from around the door and the area where the filter drain are on the front. Pretty sad, this was meant to be a long term replacement for a 14 year old whirlpool duet.will be returned because when doing my homework other people had experienced problems like this, but I was too optimistic thinking those must have been isolated lemons.
