Quite, nice and elegant. any1 looking for a new washer, should check this out first.

Had a LG front load prior and this machine is head and shoulders above the old machine.

Best Washer we have ever had. Our clothes have never come out so clean. It also is much faster. My mother was over visiting and did a load and made a comment about how much fresher her clothes were with the washer.

I am pleased with this washer. You can do 2 loads at once. I have waved alot of time

Super happy with this product. Many settings to refine how you want to handle your fabrics wash cycle. Appreciating the sanitary cycle these days... Great paired with the dryer to complete the experience!

Excellent washer for a large family. Makes doing laundry less of a hassel. Only issue is accidentally hitting the off/on button when reaching the cabinets above. Child lock didn't prevent this.

The is a great washing machine and was lucky enough to get it on sale. The only problem is if you open the door as soon as the washer stops, water drips down in the center of the opening. Clothes come out clean and the spin cycle if good.

We are an LG family for many years. Their white goods are much more reliable than Samsung and others. This product is no exception. Fast cycle. Quiet. Outstanding cleaning ability and many features!

Huge tub!! King size comforter is no match this bad machine! The white setting is legit too. Gets our whites way whiter than our last set. My wife and I are very happy with these. Well worth the money!

We love the options, the quality of the washing machine and the job that it does cleaning clothes. Cannot recommend it enough. We have the pedestal washer and the dryer as well. Love those also.

Great product I only wish the controls were backlit for better visibility.

It was time for a new washer and dryer. We liked all the features that this one offered. So far so good. We are happy with our choice. The salesperson was very knowledgeable.

We purchased this Washer with a Dryer of the same type and both have been great. This washer is a good device and the only problem I ran into may be my hot water valve in my house. So it technically has nothing to do with this Washer.

I give this a 4.5/5, but since I can't give a 4.5 I'll round up to 5. Only reason I am knocking it down a half star is because you HAVE to leave the door ajar after washing...or else...it'll smell and mold or other bacteria may form

We originally bought a front loading washer when they first came out. There were some issues with our first one not draining, etc. Looks like they have addressed that problem among others. So far, so good. Good solid piece of equipment that does a great job. Only problem I have is apparently the WIFI connectivity doesn't work with IOS devices....

I love my LG washing machine. Works well and the smart feature is great. Notifies my iphone when my load is finished or I there is a problem that needs to be addressed.

It's a washing machine, and as far as I can tell, it's doing it's job. Door opens in wrong direction. It's very hard to reach all the way in to get clothes out. The machine is so big, it does not fit comfortably in my laundry room.

Over the years we have had many washers, our last being an LG, but this new one is the best, faster dry times, better cleaning, and due to the pedestal much easier to load-would highly recommend this product.

Have the LG front loading washer for only 6 months and it stopped working. Even though I had the 5 year Geek Squad warranty I called L G because it was still under the Mfg. warranty. LG wasn’t any help at all and just argued with us saying the weren’t responsible for the problem and they wouldn’t send a repair man out and if they did there would be a service charge. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with LG because I purchased the top of the line most expensive Washer & Dryer and never expected them to ever fail so early and not have LG out immediately to take care of the problem. I then called the Geek squad and explained what the problem was with the Washer and to my surprise they said that LG has this problem all of the time and even knew which part to order without even coming out first. Jason from Geek Squad came out to my house and then discover it was not one circuit board but 2 more also went out. He ordered the parts from LG and I received them via FedEx in only 2 days. Jason is scheduled to come back today and fix the problem. I live with my Son & Daughter in-law and 2 girl grandchildren. It’s been at least 2 weeks without having a Washer and you cannot even imagine how much laundry has to be washed now. Thumbs down to LG Thumbs up for Geek Squad.

I love this washer. I love the function of where it can detect the content of the washer to determine how long it will take. My only complaint is that there is a smell if you leave the door open. I guess you really have to clean it up each time. Otherwise, there are still many functions I have not used yet. It works as a washer would do.
