    Beautiful washer. Bought this set for the steaming of clothes and it doesn’t seem to work that well? Otherwise, I like the other features.

    This device is such a headache. It is constantly giving me errors and issues - had a faulty motherboard and sensors that don’t tell the device when to turn off water flow to drum. Had this issue since as li mg as we have owned the device. LG techs come out and tell us the part is on backorder because of the issue. Lg has not fixed the issue and their tech support is useless, telling us they cannot see the diagnostics or issues since we are not having them come service the device. Which makes no sense because the services ordered are off their app and the repair techs sent out from their list of direct LG certified partners. Don’t buy this device. At least not the washer, the dryer is ok so far thankfully.

      For the washer issue, you might want to give it a quick reset by unplugging it for about 5 minutes and then plugging it back in to recalibrate those sensors.
