    We have only had the washer for a couple of days. It is much larger inside than our old one. It has a drum light so you can actually see all of the socks tucked back in the bottom which is really cool. So far so good! It is expensive but so far it seems to be worth the cost.

    I really like this brand of washing machine. I had to replace my brand new Samsung Bespoke washer and dryer. Although it has fewer features, however, it is a better machine hands-down

    Purchased a new LG washer and dryer for our new home. This home came with appliances of another brand except for there was no washer and dryer provided. We upgraded both of our last 2 previous homes with all LG appliances and loved them. Not sure how long we will be able to tolerate the appliances that came with the house!

    Excellent customer service and professionalism. They arrived on time and communicated with me before and during installation. Showed me how to use the equipment, and cleaned the work area after they finish.

    The washer seems to be good but when I purchased it I was told by the sales person that the pedestal that I had would fit but it didn't. Now the delivery team has to come back and bring a new pedestal which is a big inconvenience to me. In the past 18 months I have purchased several TV's and appliances from Best Buy I've nothing but problems with deliveries.

    The sales lady was friendly but she didn’t include the the correct hookup for the washer. The delivery men had to dig in their van for a temporary hookup.

    I've had this LG model since May 2022. Clothes come out clean and fast. I love that the app notifies you whenever there is something happening with the wash. Very helpful if you have to do other things in the meantime. I love the finish its very subdued and clean.

    Very quite even on the heavy duty setting. The spin cycle remove more water than our previous front loader. So, less drying time. The owners manual that comes with washer is grossly inadequate for operating the machine. The online version is adequate but inconvenient.
