BestBuy service line hangs up when you finally navigate through the prompts and think you'll be connected to alive agent. So much for BestBuy Plus membership.

Sometimes, a sudden shutdown during a cycle might happen because of a power surge or a tripped circuit breaker. It’s a good idea to check your home's circuit breaker box to see if the breaker for the washer is in the "on" position. I went to the outlet center and found this washer and was pleased with the price. I should have asked more questions and looked more carefully at the washer. I was told it was most likely never used because there was still blue tape on it. No one could tell me specifically what was wrong with it but there did seem to be one small scratch on the top. Once it was delivered there was a significant dent in the side. I was worried about the performance given this and would never had bought it if I had seen the dent. If you buy from the outlet inspect it very carefully but I would never purchase a major appliance from the outlet. I returned this washer and was able to get my money back but it all was a huge hassle. I took my refund and used it at another store.

Posted .Hi Yulisa, we understand your sentiment behind your post given the mold issue you're experiencing. Please allow us to help with this issue! Because of the low level high efficiency washers utilize, wash residue such as grime, dirt, etc, along with detergents and softeners don't always drain completely out of the tub. Residue can accumulate in the rubber door gasket and over time mildew is formed. So that you can minimize the chances of this happening, please be sure to use on HE detergent as using a regular detergent can cause the build of of too many suds, setting up an environment for mildew to build up. Please be sure to run the tub clean cycle regularly. Moreover, be sure to wipe around and under the door deal frequently. In addition to this, please clean around the door seal/ glass to prevent odor or mildew. Should you have further questions about this, don't hesitate to reach out to our social media team! I keep getting g requests to write reviews for undelivered products. I heard these are good so I got a set to replace my previous LG. The dispenser drawers get messed up and you CANNOT open them to add soap. Frustrated design.

Do not be fooled! Nothing you do such as drying the washer door, leaving it open...using baking soda to clean it out, will get rid of the bad odor.

This model is horrible. I accidently hit the button when reaching into the cabinet for cleaning supplies and i had to wash my laundry again because the machine stopped and there was no option to just restart. Very frustrating to say the least. Often, the settings don't seem like true settings. I have downloaded a large load and it takes over an hour to get it done and this is for larger towels and bulkier items. The previous model handled that in the jumbo mode like a champ and lasted us 15 years. I just bought this and I am making installments and I am thinking of going to a laundromat. I am extremely displeased with this product.
