We purchased this after a new Samsung washer was recalled and we quickly needed to fill the void. It is still new to us but so far, so good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend No hot water

Hot water was connect and the hot water pipe was so hot you could not hold on to it for more that 3 seconds, yet on the hot setting the washer was filling up with cold water. Service tech came out to tell me that my hot water wasn’t hot enoug and the cold was way too cold :) Returned LG and ordered Samsung, everything works as it should.

Noisy and shakes

There is also a grinding noise in these cycles. LG service came to the house and told me these characteristics are normal! Beware that this machine is load,noisy and vibrates.
