It is a deep drum so you can wash a lot of clothes but if you short ; you will need a step stool to get the clothes out.

The deep fill option is great! It fills all the way to the top of the agitator with water. It washes really good with deep fill. I don’t like washing without the deep fill option because I’ve noticed that sometimes there isn’t enough water to cover the clothes and some of them are still dry on top before it rinses. Also on quick wash the clothes only get rinsed with the sprayer. The washer does not fill up with water and rinse them so when it releases the fabric softener, it just pours it to the bottom of the washing machine and then the water turns on and sprays the clothes off, and the fabric softener gets wasted.

Best washing machine I’ve owned, period! It handles everything from kids sport clothing to delicate sheets. The machine is perfect for an active family of four!

This washer works great. I am disappointed in myself that I didn't get the latest technology--I bought the one with the agitator. I was influenced by well-meaning friends. However, it works great and is quite gentle with clothes, cleans well, and not many wrinkles or knots in sheets like my old one. The see-through top is dark and not much of a help. One thing--it isn't really simple to add clothing once the washer has started, but it can be done.

Looks nice. Slightly taller than the front loaders, which I like. I would recommend selecting the washer with the agitator to facilitate with cleaning. I know it won't last as long as my Maytag Neptune (had it for 19 yrs) but overall satisfied with the purchase. It get's the job done.

Overall I like this washer and it seems to do the job. I prefer the agitator style and cycles that use enough water to cover the clothes while they are being washed. However, this control panel is more complex to program than I wish to figure out, so even though there are many options listed, I don’t know how to set them. I rely on the simple choices on the dial.

Love top load style. Sensor for load size works great. Tub size allows a king size quilt, which is wonderful. Only complaint is that my white T shirts came out with gray streaks on the 5th wash or so. From the "newness" of the stainless steel tub? I was able to get the stains out in next wash. Overall, happy so far.

Have only had this unit for about 6 weeks. It has the largest capacity I have ever had in a washer and it is fantastic! It senses how large or small the load is and fills the tub accordingly. Lots of choices for the type of load I may have.

I have had two older VERY expensive front loaders whose drum bearings burned out within 5 years each requiring replacement of whole machine! This top loader is bigger than both it replaced and cleans better than front loaders and clothes even come out more dry on this modern top loader!
