I paid approximately 50% less for both my washer and dry set

Takes a long time to wash

It fills all the way to the top of the agitator with water. It washes really good with deep fill. I don’t like washing without the deep fill option because I’ve noticed that sometimes there isn’t enough water to cover the clothes and some of them are still dry on top before it rinses. Also on quick wash the clothes only get rinsed with the sprayer. The washer does not fill up with water and rinse them so when it releases the fabric softener, it just pours it to the bottom of the washing machine and then the water turns on and sprays the clothes off, and the fabric softener gets wasted.

We went right away to pay and some other different machine was marked sold for us. He claimed "mistake" and he sold us a much more expensive machine as we did not have time to go searching again. No compensation at all was given for his "mistake" as he said it not allowed. #2 terrible washing machine nightmare from best buy and no one cares at all!! Points not accurate either.

I would give it five stars but in the description of the machine it told how the tub is stainless and will not rust but the tub of mine has a rust spot from the manufacture. I like the machine enough to keep it anyway.
