This machine does a superb job on everything, and it does so quietly.

Easy to install. Seems to wash OK, but sometimes clothes are not fully submerged in water / detergent.

Machine works extremely well. Bedding , even pillows, clean up great in it.

We thought we were talking with the in-store salesperson in New Port Richey , Florida, but we were actually speaking with a corporate salesperson in another state. We called to find out if the LG washer had the removable agitator. This was the key feature we were trying to get with this new washer. He told us, absolutely it did. We told him that we would like to come into the store to see the machine. He was adamant in his wording for us NOT to come to the store, that he had the invoice ready to send and with a few clicks we’d have the machine in two days. His words were, “coming into to the is the way old people buy, you can save the trip in. We asked again about the removable agitator and once again assured us the LG machine had a removable agitator. Well two days passed and our new LG washer arrived. The delivery/install crew were fabulous. Very careful and clean it was installed and tested. We then asked the lead guy if he could show us how to remove the agitator, to which he said sure. He tried but could not. He told us “it appears that this machine does not have a removable agitator. We check model numbers to be sure everything matched up with our invoice and it did. We needed the machine so we accepted the machine and my wife left for the New Port Richey store. We found out that the store doesn’t even have a phone in the store, all calls are routed to a main number. Employees can’t even call the store if they were sick. Oh, my wife also found out that LG does not even make a washer with a removable agitator. Only Whirlpool makes the washer with a removable agitator. Imagine that! The Best Buy call center salesperson absolutely LIED to me. I guess at 71 I qualify as an old person. I should have followed my old person tendency and gone in to the store to physically look at what I was buying. That’s on me. However, I will never, ever shop with Best Buy again. Buyer beware!

Easy install No problems, washes clothes very good Very easy to use

I've had a Kenmore Elite for 18 yrs and it was an excellent machine. Never thought I would've been able to match the performance of that machine until I bought my LG. It's really an efficient machine.

This washer would have gotten 5 stars, except for the fact that the first washer delivered to me had a cracked drum and leaked water all over the floor. Best Buy promptly replaced it with a new one and this one is working amazing great so far.

The washer I bought is excellent, in order to make easy my work.

this machine has stopped cleaning, I have to run the load 2-3 times to get the laundry clean, and sometimes even that doesn't help. I regularly clean the machine with heavy-duty cleaning tabs. The extended warranty expired this February. The "so-called" 10 year manufacturer warranty only covers the motor. I spent almost $900 on this machine, which is now being junked. Don't buy it and don't go to Best Buy because they couldn't care less.

I like this washer. Switched back to a LG washing machine with an agitator this time.I'm liking all the cycle choices, how little water it uses, and that an app supports it. I had my last LG for 10 years and it didn't start having issues untiol, 3 years ago.

I absolutely love this washer! Quiet, efficient - I love the countdown timer and agitator. The only thing that could improve it would be a light inside, but I'm not even sure if that's a thing! :) The delivery was also timely and the crew was amazing!

Good buy would recommend. Wifi option is kind of useless because you have to physically turn on the machine it doesn't turn on thru app. If im standing in front of it why use app to select wash mode

Works just like any top loader with a clear lid so that you can see. Also smart capable so you can get alerted when the wash is finished.

We purchased our dryer in February and immediately got an error code d80. In July we had our vents cleaned as the error code dictates. We are still receiving the code. We reached out to LG on three different occasions, the first time in October, regarding the error and to this day the issue has not been resolved. Each time a different items is needed before a technician can come out. First a copy of vent cleaning receipt-provided, a picture of our duct hose-Provided, picture of duct hose connection, copy of purchase receipt, outside exhaust vent. LG made it our job to prove their product was not defective prior to sending a technician. We gave up and stopped responding to texts. We purchased an extended warranty, so we will just deal with Best Buy given the manufacturer’s warranty is now almost up.

Great top-loader! Very pleased so far! Be aware, however, that the drum is very deep. My short self (5’1”) has to stand on a stool to get clothes off the bottom! This machine replaced a LG front-loader, only because I tired of keeping the front seals clean and mold-free.
