What’s worse is the warranty service or there lack of. I swear this is the most ridiculous system to make an appointment.

For example, you cannot use hot water with a speed wash setting. Auto-sense never gets the right amount of water correcty and clothes on the top remains dry! You only get very little water or an almost complete and unnecessary deep fill every time. No option to choose small, medium or large water fill. It is NOT s strong agitation, I have no idea how anything gets clean in this. Exchanging for a front-loader.

We havent even had it a year yet and its already making all sorts of noises. The agitator makes it hard to get a good wash with sheets, comforters, deco pillows or even small dog beds.

Clothes not spin enough to be ready for dryer.

The sensing takes 5 - 10% of cyle, washing takes about 70% of cycle time, rinse about 10% and spin barely 10%, of cycle time. Result is towels and women's slacks in particular require me to place them over shower door to dry at least 50% of water left after cycle before I can put in my dryer. I am concerned about my dryer being overloaded with the extra water weight and possibility I would need to replace it. So no, I am not happy with the product. I was sure the delivery guys said I had 30 days to ask for a replacement but when I called I was told it was 15 days. So I am left with needing you or someone to verify I am not grievously not loading the machine correctly - followed by asking someone from Best Buy to diagnose the problem. Not a happy customer.

It stopped draining

Fast forward almost two years later and the water pump died and I'm left with an expensive paper weight that will cost almost as much to fix and take at least 6 days to get someone here or buy a new one

Not only did our 1st purchase break a week outside of the warranty. So we bought a 2nd one thinking it was a fluke. Nope, 2nd one broke with the exact same issue within 6 months. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
