I’m mostly happy with this machine. Like a lot of people my last washing machine, which I had for 30 years, broke down. I figured we should invest in a new one. Did some research and found this one would work best for the limited space I have. A few previous reviews stated that there was a white residue left on their dark colored clothes. I used the regular settings and behold there was the residue. I just altered the settings a bit and I never saw it again. The machine is supposed to conserve water but it almost uses too little water to get the clothes completely wet. I found that the “deep fill” setting does not use that much more water so now I just use that setting and everything is fine. The spin cycle takes a little longer than my old one but I do find the clothes dry much quicker than when I took my clothes out from my previous machine. Overall happy with the machine. Still have to try to app to see how that is.

This washer works great. I am disappointed in myself that I didn't get the latest technology--I bought the one with the agitator. I was influenced by well-meaning friends. However, it works great and is quite gentle with clothes, cleans well, and not many wrinkles or knots in sheets like my old one. The see-through top is dark and not much of a help. One thing--it isn't really simple to add clothing once the washer has started, but it can be done.

Absolutely love this! And love that is has thinQ, and a 10 year manufacturer warrenty! If you are looking for a good washer and dryer set get this one! Especially if you dont want anything too fancy while still falling into smart product/ practical and simple to use if you have never used a smart washer and dryer. The drum is huge! And im 5'6" and just barely touch the bottom.

We had a lot of issues with our last washer. Our previous washer was having many issues. This LG has been so great, it washes great and has programmable modes you can down load, it’s all controled by the LG app welcome to the 21st century. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase from Best Buy delivered and took the old washer away.

Excellent washer, extra large capacity. Super quiet

Overall I like this washer and it seems to do the job. I prefer the agitator style and cycles that use enough water to cover the clothes while they are being washed. However, this control panel is more complex to program than I wish to figure out, so even though there are many options listed, I don’t know how to set them. I rely on the simple choices on the dial.
