The sales lady was top knotch and very thorough. Now I have had my LG with agitator for 2 months and I love it. It really cleans and it doesn't hurt my clothes .I highly recommend!!!

I love the color and that it is top load. However, it was described as quiet. It is not. It sounds at times, like a freaking plane is taking off. I would not buy it again, or recommend.
