    I love the look of the washer. Washes very good and cleans the clothes well. I thought may not be sufficient with the cleaning by just looking at the cycle but it works very well. It superseded my expectations.

    Loving both this washer and dryer combo it has been so easy to use and great quality. I like that you can connect it to wifi, it notifies you when you load is all done.

    When I ordered delivery and installation for this item it was not made clear to me that this would not be done on the same day as has been done with other all other items I purchased from Best Buy. The Item was delivered and hooked up and that was all so I did the setup myself then discovered I needed to make another appointment for the installation which would have meant another week before I could use it. Not Cool!!

    I got this for my mom for size is awesome. Now she can wash bigger blanket. But is a little confusing to used. But everything else it does a good job.

    Wonderful washer! The smart technology is also a plus as well as a new fav. My only regret is not purchasing the matching dryer. We only need the washer at the moment. However, I’m sure we will purchase the dryer to match soon.

    Just bought this washer 2 weeks ago and it’s everything that I needed! It does everything except fold your clothes! I am amazed at how big the drum is inside. And the Best Buy worker Jerod was amazing. He was patient with me while ordering the his washer!

    Although the self-diagnostic you're supposed to run first thing when you install the machine didn't work, it seems to be working fine. Time will tell.

    From the first time I used it it was loud but the customer service said it was normal. Fast forward almost two years later and the water pump died and I'm left with an expensive paper weight that will cost almost as much to fix and take at least 6 days to get someone here or buy a new one

    The tub is so deep I cannot reach things on the bottom. I have to use long-handled pinschers to reach things there. I am 5'3" tall.

    I’ve only had it for 2 weeks, but so far it’s been great. It takes am awhile to learn all the buttons, but that’s with every new appliance.
