    I love my new LG Washer! The settings provide many options. Being 5' tall poses an issue with reaching the bottom, so I have a one step, it works.

    Love the color! Washer is deep and holds a lot of clothes. Easily fits my fluffy comforters. Only problem is mixing bedding with regular clothes as smart sensor will re-adjust washing time like 3 times and leave clothes soaked.

    The only major problem I have with this washing machine, is that for some odd reason it doesn’t fill up all the way with water it has a sensor detect how much water should go in and to me it’s not enough water for the clothes.

    I am glad that we purchased this LG Washer! So far, it works well! I like the options for the wash cycles and the ability to see the cycles through the LG ThinQ App. The installation process also went well.

    So many wash options compared to my old washer. It doesn’t use much water so I personally use the deep wash option as I was used to on my 25 year old machine.

    Lots of cycles and works excellent. Wifi is a great benefit but hard to get the app installed. Once installed I was able to update the washer software and cycles.

    Almost great. The fabric softener dispenser fills with water, so I cannot add any softener for the next load. I can’t get the water out.

    Agitator! Had one with an impeller and simply didn’t clean as well as this one. Too early to tell if it’s gonna last and the quality.
