Washer too big for me. I’m 5’7” and it’s a deep Bend to get clothes from bottom of washer I dislike I can’t set for cold water wash. The tray for soap and fabric softener are not well made. I’ve only used the washer3 times.

Works just like any top loader with a clear lid so that you can see. Also smart capable so you can get alerted when the wash is finished.

Very nice. Good size. Hope it runs for many years.

Deep cleans good washer Big alot of space for clothes

We purchased our dryer in February and immediately got an error code d80. In July we had our vents cleaned as the error code dictates. We are still receiving the code. We reached out to LG on three different occasions, the first time in October, regarding the error and to this day the issue has not been resolved. Each time a different items is needed before a technician can come out. First a copy of vent cleaning receipt-provided, a picture of our duct hose-Provided, picture of duct hose connection, copy of purchase receipt, outside exhaust vent. LG made it our job to prove their product was not defective prior to sending a technician. We gave up and stopped responding to texts. We purchased an extended warranty, so we will just deal with Best Buy given the manufacturer’s warranty is now almost up.

I had to replace my Samsung front load after over 10yrs of use. My husband insisted on this LG top load. I’m not pleased!! Like a few other share I too don’t feel my clothes are clean at the end of cycle. Sometime my clothes come out full of lint or something. I don’t feel the water is adequately covering my laundry. My whites come out looking uncleaned. I’m NOT happy with this appliance. It’s my FIRST LG purchase. I’m not happy!! I’ve tried different cycles, load sizes etc. No change. It been 3mos and I’m more and more aggravated and dissatisfied with my purchase.

Overall, the machine seems very well built and reliable. However, the normal cycle is absolutely awful. The clothes never go underwater and never turn over. It remains in the position you place it in and will only get a few inches of water (maybe). The clothes just suck up water with detergent and then get rinsed out. Might as well wash a small load in a bucket of water. Deep wash must be used every time and that works just fine. It just seems the normal cycle was engineered incorrectly.

Not so many options.once you turn it on there’s no way you can change the cycle unless you turn it off and if it already has destergent or water it will drain it all.

this machine has stopped cleaning, I have to run the load 2-3 times to get the laundry clean, and sometimes even that doesn't help. I regularly clean the machine with heavy-duty cleaning tabs. The extended warranty expired this February. The "so-called" 10 year manufacturer warranty only covers the motor. I spent almost $900 on this machine, which is now being junked. Don't buy it and don't go to Best Buy because they couldn't care less.

Still learning all the specifics. Overall cleans well. Slightly noisier than I expected. Lots of options a plus and a headache. Well fabricated.

When I ordered delivery and installation for this item it was not made clear to me that this would not be done on the same day as has been done with other all other items I purchased from Best Buy. The Item was delivered and hooked up and that was all so I did the setup myself then discovered I needed to make another appointment for the installation which would have meant another week before I could use it. Not Cool!!
