    I love the washer! Will I ever order a washer from Best Buy again? No! We ordered this washer December 10 and got it April 20, the cancellation and rescheduling over and over was ridiculous.

    I had high hopes but the pump went up less than two years after this purchase. What’s worse is the warranty service or there lack of. I swear this is the most ridiculous system to make an appointment.
