    From the first time I used it it was loud but the customer service said it was normal. Fast forward almost two years later and the water pump died and I'm left with an expensive paper weight that will cost almost as much to fix and take at least 6 days to get someone here or buy a new one

    It is a good energy star washer. But in normal wash settling it uses very less water and there is no rinse properly. Unless you go to deep wash setting. Detergent you got to use high quality as detergent use very less due to energy star and it’s compartment holds less detergent.
