    I had high hopes but the pump went up less than two years after this purchase. What’s worse is the warranty service or there lack of. I swear this is the most ridiculous system to make an appointment.

    The water level sensor isn't very good. The water sensor fills the tub below the level of the clothes so when agitating, you can see dry clothes above the water level. So I don't use the settings, I just go directly to Deep Wash/Deep Fill so that the water level goes above the level of the clothes so that they freely swish below the water level during agitation. Also the spin cycle is really loud. You can hear it even when you're on the first floor and the washer is in the basement. I miss my old Kenmore Elite. I've only had the washer for a month. I hope things improve with more use.
