  • A decent machine but I miss my old Kenmore Elite.

    The water level sensor isn't very good. The water sensor fills the tub below the level of the clothes so when agitating, you can see dry clothes above the water level. So I don't use the settings, I just go directly to Deep Wash/Deep Fill so that the water level goes above the level of the clothes so that they freely swish below the water level during agitation. Also the spin cycle is really loud. You can hear it even when you're on the first floor and the washer is in the basement. I miss my old Kenmore Elite. I've only had the washer for a month. I hope things improve with more use.

    Does not fill enough water. Cannot use certain features together. For example, you cannot use hot water with a speed wash setting. Auto-sense never gets the right amount of water correcty and clothes on the top remains dry! You only get very little water or an almost complete and unnecessary deep fill every time. No option to choose small, medium or large water fill. It is NOT s strong agitation, I have no idea how anything gets clean in this. Exchanging for a front-loader.
