    How do I hate thee? Let me count the ways.....I've owned this machine for a year and a half. If there are any bits of grass on the clothes, they will still be there after the wash cycle. No debris flushes out. Hair is still on clothing. Recently it started leaving brown crud on the laundry. Apparently I was using too much detergent even thought I was only using the normal amount. Stains kinda come out. I'm stuck with this stupid thing even though it's one notch above useless. Regret purchasing.

    Please do not purchase. I got this in August 2023 & have been chatting w/their service agents on a regular basis about this residue that is constantly occurring on my dark clothes wash cycles. A tech has came out with no resolution, I have purchased several different detergents, used the tub cleaning tabs starting week 2 of purchase and I still get the residue. Save yourself & skip this one while I wait for another tech appointment to be scheduled from mine. Frustrating. I am sadly shopping for a new one.

    I do not understand how a new washer leaves my clothes dirty!! I hate this machine! It doesn’t matter if I do a small load or a large load, the end results are the same. Dirty clothes! All the lint, dog hair and whatever else was in your clothes are now deposited on all the clothes. It’s gross. I’ve only used this washer 4x. This is for sure buyer remorse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WASHING MACHINE!

    Horrible washer had 3 different ones delivered all made a loud grinding noise all 3 were garbage! Can’t add a video or I would of the loud noise while running machine. Someone mentioned shipping bolts but this machine didn’t have them still don’t know why all 3 machines made the same noise grinding like metal rubbing. I would start the wash with cold water half way through it would switch to warm water. Didn’t like at all ended up getting a Maytag.

    FAULTY PIECE OF JUNK LEMON MACHINE

    I had problems with this LG washer from the start. When I selected WARM water, only COLD water came out. I proved it was malfunctioning by turning off the cold water valve to the machine. LG knowingly lied to me and tried to blame it on the line, which BB installed. I returned the washer and when BB came out to remove it and we did the test again and it was proven that something was wrong with the touchscreen pad.

    The clothes do not get completely wet unless you use the Deep Fill option. The agitator is not efficient enough to pull the clothes down into the water unless that option is used. Would not recommend this washer.

    I will never buy another LG product again. I have this washing machine for not even four months and it won’t drain and as far as I can see, LG says I have to call repairman LG does not cover it. I have always bought LG washers and dryers. They lost a customer. Buyer beware!

    I bought this washer 4 months ago and already broke down. I called Best Buy and they couldn't find my account so therefore unable to help me with any warranty. I think I'm done with Best Buy!!

    Device broke just after the one year mark. "a defect in the clutch bearing housing function of the product has been detected". This really looks like planned obsolescence, buyer beware!

    Horrible product. The "sensor" doesn't allow enough water to cover the clothes to wash them. Unless you use the "deep fill" option, the clothes on the top bever even get wet at the end of the wash cycle. I hate it.

    VERY DIFFICULT TO BALANCE LOADS. Sorted by fabric and weight; carefully layered into the machine, and still loses balance. reduced load sizes, tried different settings, and still have to restart the machine 3x to finish small loads

    If I could give 0 stars I would. This didn’t last two months before the pump broke. I’ll find out tomorrow what BestBuy will do for me. I’d prefer they come haul it away and refund me. If it can’t make it two months, I need to try a different brand.

    Thia washer does not put out enough water to wash clothes & bedding thoroughly! I can still see stains on my shirts after I take them out of the washer. I sent this washer back & got a completely different brand.
