I have really enjoyed the use of this machine. Love the features. The wifi was an added bonus. At my age, if I commit to loading, the machine is going on now. Lol. Anyway, it performance is great.

This top load LG washing machine is very good. I use it very easily. Looks good in appearance. May be good up to five years.

I had to replace my Samsung front load after over 10yrs of use. My husband insisted on this LG too load. I’m not pleased!! Like others have shared I don’t feel my clothes are clean at the end of cycle. Sometime my clothes come out full of lint or something. I don’t feel the water is adequately covering my laundry. My whites come out looking uncleaned. I’m NOT happy with this appliance. It’s my FIRST LG purchase. I’m not happy!! Im regretting this purchase. I’ve tried adjusting load size, changing cycle etc and it’s been 3 months of unsatisfactory.

Hopefully many good days are washing ahead of us seems like a pretty good washing they want to know

I've had this machine since Nov, 2022, I thought I had made a great purchase based on the reviews. I was excited ti upgrade my old washer. I honestly hate it... My old washer did better... On regular washes it does not dispense enough water to disolve the detergent pods nor the scent beads, some clothes come out with dry spots and dirty as there is not enough water to rinse the dirt off. It is more noticeable when washing whites and dark clothes. Whites come out with dirt and rust like streaks and dark clothes with white detergent streaks. In order for clothes to come out clean you have to use the max water fill which defeats the "water efficient" qualities of the machine. It is a big drum and uses a lot of water. We have called the techs they came to clean it and change parts but nothings changes regarding the washing performance. We clean the drum regularly with cleaning pods and the "clean" cycle, but that makes no difference. I regret buying this washer.

There are several issues with this LG Washer that make us regret the purchase and upset us every time we have to do laundry. The #1 issue is the extremely noisy spin and pump operation. It sounds something like a chainsaw and is unbearable. We shut the door to the laundry room and can still hear this thing working throughout our 2-story house. We cannot run this thing during sleeping or working hours due to the noise and cannot believe there isn't something wrong with it. We have contacted LG and were told to text a video of the noise to their technician, which we did. However, nobody has followed up and it's been over two weeks. I have followed up with their customer support and am very frustrated with their phone setup and even their chat option is frustrating to deal with. Aside from the aggravating noise and substandard customer service: the clothes come out of the washer extremely wrinkled to the point that dryer doesn't help much and I feel a need to iron most of our clothes after washing/drying now. There have also been at least three occasions where I had to run shirts thru a second time and pre-wash by hand to remove spots. Never had this issue with other washers. So, the washer doesn't seem to be washing as it should. Also, the circular knob selector at times skips over options or doesn't move as you turn the knob. The small buttons to cycle thru options on the right side are also frustrating to operate. This is not a good user interface, at all. I don't normally leave reviews. In fact, I think this is my first ever negative review of a purchase. But, I do not want others to experience the same aggravation we are going thru right now.

I want to love it…. Hate is such a strong word but I seriously dislike this machine including the matching dryer. Clothes do not smell good. I clean the drum, fill only half way, add scent beads. Nothing helps. They don’t stink but they don’t smell fresh either. Clothes will always be dirty. I take it back. I hate this machine and cannot afford to get a new on now. It’s only 3 years old!!! The dryer doesn’t dry fully. We have to put it on the antibacterial setting otherwise things get moldy. The sensor dry is a scam feature.

Will never buy anything from Best Buy again. We ordered washer 6wks ago. First delivery appointment was cancelled day of after taking day off. They said it would never happen again. Second delivery time was suppose to come between 2-7pm yesterday. They said running late would come 8pm. Cancelled delivery at 8pm. Again took a day off
