It’s still functioning well but still loose.

If the lid has come loose on one side, one step you can try is carefully checking the hinge screws and brackets — sometimes they can shift or loosen during use. It’s already faded and cracked . Very disappointing It leaks from bottom with any bedding , which it should not This is Not a good quality machine

It’s already ruined a shirt, it dropped a blob of softener on it in the wash and ruined it. I do t find that it cleans clothes that well. Now I’m stuck with it for the next several years because it wasn’t cheap.

Would be nice to have a low , medium and high water setting instead of the selection they have . Also you have to select wash cycle every time with no memory for last cycle run.

And if you use Deep Fill option to add more water, it changes the cycle and spins clothes more harshly than desired. Purchased less than 2 months ago and would return if we could. Tech Service totally not helpful. Disappointing!!
