It’s already ruined a shirt, it dropped a blob of softener on it in the wash and ruined it. I do t find that it cleans clothes that well. Now I’m stuck with it for the next several years because it wasn’t cheap.

And if you use Deep Fill option to add more water, it changes the cycle and spins clothes more harshly than desired. Purchased less than 2 months ago and would return if we could. Tech Service totally not helpful. Disappointing!!

Lid off less than a year

It’s still functioning well but still loose.

Worst washer ever

I was hoping it would go away but it didn't. I really wish I had returned it,traded even for another one. Now I have to replace it and will not be doing it at Best Buy. I am very disappointed.

I went to pick up the washer and the lady in the front desk almost wanted to fight me because I knocked on the door too hard. It was 15 minutes passed the opening time and no one was opening the door.

Down grade from previous model. Sadly I wanted it to be a redesign with the quality parts they are known for! However it feels like cheap tin.
