It’s still functioning well but still loose.

And if you use Deep Fill option to add more water, it changes the cycle and spins clothes more harshly than desired. Purchased less than 2 months ago and would return if we could. Tech Service totally not helpful. Disappointing!!

I went to pick up the washer and the lady in the front desk almost wanted to fight me because I knocked on the door too hard. It was 15 minutes passed the opening time and no one was opening the door.

Down grade from previous model. Sadly I wanted it to be a redesign with the quality parts they are known for! However it feels like cheap tin.

However, the ease of use and my clothes are so clean and fresh. The tube is huge. I cannot wait to try my king-sized comforter in it! Now that'd the real test!
