We've only used this for 4-5 wash cycles so far. Seems very efficient. I very quiet and the spin cycle is such that our dry times seem to be reduced

I love this washing machine, I got the matching dryer as well and both are amazing. The quality is top of the line, my clothes come out looking brand new, both the washer and dryer are much quieter than my previous washer and dryer. I love there are so many different settings, no matter what you’re washing there is a setting for it. I had a Maytag prior to purchasing these but I now understand why LG has such an incredible reputation for very high quality products.

Solid washer that cleans clothes very well. It’s actually nice to have a washer that can get clothes clean in under an hour.

Terrific washer, with two exceptions. The black panel is a bit hard to read. Needs to be brighter. And the top of the washer is sloped, so if you put a basket of clothes on top, it will probably vibrate off. I bought a soft rubber pad to put on top to stop this.

Love this washer! I’ve had it for about a month now and the clothes are smelling fresh and clean! We wash at least a load everyday and I love how quick it gets things done!

We like the time-efficient wash cycles, the see-through top, the stainless steel interior without agitator and the cleanliness of our clothing!!

Love this machine. It does its job very well at all temps the only downside is its predictive times are usually off. It will often say an hour and be done in 30 minutes

Great washer and dryer i got both and i received 200 dollars gift card too, i pick these both products and my love those, washer and dryer has way less noise then normal machines and its really easy to put and remove clothes, thank you LG and best buy for this great product, there was nice guy in best buy who helped me to choose these models

when first time I'm was washing with this I'm was surprised how clean and bright color had the closes.My energy bill went down as well.I love it. the dryer enough to put on speed dry and will be done in no time .Love it

When i say this washer is the best its the best im a chef and we all know how dirty it gets when you in the kitchen putting together a meal for others to enjoy its a mess then there clean and sanitize time guess what my Lg washer taked care of my chef jackets and pants no problem i use to be all whirlpool but this new Lg changed how i feel thank u Lg from my family to yours

This washer is easy to use and really accommodates a large load. The laundry comes out really clean. The deep water optional feature works well.

Do not, under any circumstances, buy this LG washing machine. From day one, it has been a nightmare, and the customer service experience has only compounded the frustration. The most glaring issue is the persistent, horrible smell emanating from the machine's tub. It doesn't matter what detergents I use or how diligently I follow the cleaning instructions—the stench remains. I've owned several washing machines in my life and have never encountered such a problem, nor have I ever needed to perform so much "maintenance" on a machine just to keep it from stinking. Keep in mind, I purchased this LG washing machine in February 2025, so it's essentially a brand-new machine! In a desperate attempt to resolve the issue, I even spent over $200 on a plumber to inspect and replace the water lines, only to be told that the odor originates from the machine itself. So, I followed protocol and purchased washing machine detergents to clean the tub as per the warranty service request and the smell is still there. The warranty, both the manufacturer's and the extended Geek Squad warranty, have proven utterly worthless. Geek Squad refuses to assist because the issue falls under the manufacturer's warranty, which begs the question: what exactly is the point of paying extra for an extended warranty if it provides no additional coverage? LG's warranty service has been equally unhelpful, with representatives seemingly uninterested in resolving the problem or taking responsibility for their faulty product. It feels like nobody wants to help fix the issue or take responsibility of their product and service. Save yourself the headache, the wasted money, and the disgusting smell. Avoid this LG washing machine and definitely don't waste your money on an extended warranty that offers no real value. You're better off washing your clothes by hand.
