    Love the LG washer and it has a bigger drum than my last one which is great as I like to wash my comforter and bedding together. Love that there is no middle spinner as things don't have a chance to get tangled. Love it!

    This LG washer is fantastic. The clothes are washed well and the space of the drum is just right for heavy loads of comforters and pillows. Highly recommended!! It’s also energy efficient!!

    No soak feature on this machine. LG falsely has claims on the website that you can download more cycles that include a pre-wash but this is false. If you pause the cycle midway it auto drains so there is not work around. You could manually fill the machine before it’s turned on and add water to soak but who wants to do that. Seems like a really simple fix, but LG keeps misrepresenting that you can pre-soak but you can’t as of today.
