    I have not had the unit delivered yet, but I had a great experience purchasing. I have never bought laundry appliances before as I am only recently moving out on my own, and the Best Buy employee explained everything well and showed me different options for delivery and install, explained My Best Buy Total, and the differences between the laundry units I was looking at. After talking with him, I felt confident in my decision and now I am excited for delivery and to use my new washer and dryer!

    Great quality thus far. Relatively quiet, but has a small hiss/hum thats distinct and noticeable throughout the house if the door isnt closed. But washes clothes perfectly and seems well-built.

    The washer leaves my clothes very wrinkled. I changed the settings for the spin cycle but then the clothes are too wet to put in the dryer.
