The new washer suck

Sensors are messed up, either not enough water for the load or so much water it doesnt have the power to move the top clothes. Either way the last clothes loaded dont ever get clean bc they dont ever move to the bottom of the tub. Worse purchase ever and desperately want to return it.

Now still waiting for about 10 days to have the Unit checked. HORRIBLE. I am planning on cancelling the order, return the LG and buy another Unit somewhere else

Not enough water

For light loads it can't calculate the correct water amount and there's not enough. It agitates our clothes horribly and wears them out much faster.

It does a great job and it also has a wifi feature that helps a great deal. It was delivered by BestBuy and they within their delivery time frame and kept me updated as to when they were close. The 2 gentlemen that delivered it were also friendly and did a great job.
