||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I know this is lengthy, but worth the read! This washer gave me problems right from the start. It make a metal on metal noise when there is any medium to heavy load. I even ran it with just water and it still make the noise. Customer service is a joke. I called them at least 3 times. They offered to come out, but they said I would be charged if they found it was not covered under the warranty. On the first call they said it was not level (this was professionally installed and I sent them pictures of a level next to the washer at different angles. The next time they said the washer was probably overloaded. I showed them pictures of it only 1/2 full. I also ran it with just water and it still make the clanking noise. The 3rd call, they admitted to it being a manufacturing defect, but then tried to take back their statement. The warranty has now expired and I am left with a defective product. I will never buy an LG product again, just based on their customer service. Had problems with the matching dryer, as well.

The AI cycle is rough on clothes. The turbo wash in general is rough on clothes. You can’t manipulate a lot of the cycles so you are stuck with turbo was on the most used cycles.

I was told to go ahead and buy this before Memorial day and that they would Price match any sales, only to find out that this was false. I will not use Best Buy again.

Tried to love it

Like most review state, water does not cover clothes when washing. Washer does not have a soak feature as I was informed by sales rep when purchasing. Detergent dispenser always filled with water even though appliance is level.
