    I returned this model and exchanged for different LG model. The AI cycle is rough on clothes. The turbo wash in general is rough on clothes. You can’t manipulate a lot of the cycles so you are stuck with turbo was on the most used cycles.

    Washes well but wish it would use more water. Lid is hard to see through, light above machine reflects and I can’t see the contents of the tub

    Wash cycles default to hit and high spin and won't let change. Deep fill and single item loads make my breaker trip. The slanted lid is annoying because you can't sit anything on it to dry without it sliding off.

      If the wash cycles default to Hot water and High spin and won’t allow changes, one step you can try is resetting the control panel by unplugging the unit for 60 seconds and plugging it back in.     1. I had my older washing machine for 10+ years, and it was still going strong! I only bought this one to upgrade appliances & because I deserved a new washer. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. What I wouldn't do to get my older machine back. 2. This machine is only 3 months old and it's been staining my clothes with black residue. 3. Yes, I run tub clean cycles often as per the manual. 4. Yes, LG made me purchase a tub cleaner and run the cycle 3x back to back to rule out it's not me. 5. I did as I was told, sent pictures of all 3 cycles I ran. 6. Then I did a load of laundry and THE STAINS ARE NOW 1000000% WORSE! DID I MENTION THEY ARE PERMANENT STAINS??? OVER $900 worth of clothes damaged, and they seem to prolong the troubleshooting.

    Tried to love it - gets off balance a lot when spinning. Like most review state, water does not cover clothes when washing. Washer does not have a soak feature as I was informed by sales rep when purchasing. Detergent dispenser always filled with water even though appliance is level.

    The top door doesn't close easily. I have to slam it hard to get it close. A piece of washer on the door is already loosen.

    Trash And nightmare ordered this lemon model and hot delivery on time , i started with very little load and in 2 minutes having error LE motor error , i contacted bestbuy immediately and told them to returned or refund as such it was in 15 day return policy they offered if i wanted to exchange with another, i was very disappointed and decided to go with samsung but unfortunately they cancelled my appointment without asking me and didn’t pickup LG lemon washer that was sitting in my house for two weeks, i try 20 thousand calls and finally was able to speak with Home service customer representative brittney and cynthia because those indian customer service representative know nothing and just waisted ny time for two weeks well i short home service was able to place appointment for just pickup LG and i didn’t want any other washer but just refund in my credit card and they picked up washer almost three weeks and more worse was my refund process because bestbuy isssue gift cards when i buy unfortunately i had to go store to solve my issue because call center was unable to respond
