    I’m not a fan of top loaders without agitator I feel like this washer doesn’t wash my clothes too well unless I do a second wash

    It washes well, but gets off balance and will repeat the wash cycle over and over. I didn't realize it until after the 4th round of it rewashing. Glad I got the warranty. It does have "AI" and can download an App to monitor wash cycles.
