    We have had this for a year. About 2 months ago, I started noticing black marks on our lighter items, especially sheets. I contacted LG customer service and was told to do a tub clean. Note, I regularly run tub clean. First tub clean did nothing. Then I was told to buy a specific tub cleaner and to run it three times. It seemed to help for a couple of weeks. Now I have to run tub clean with their recommended cleaner at least once a week. I'm afraid to run a load without running tub cleaner first because I don't want to ruin more items. FYI: the black marks are permanent. So buyer beware!

    First washer temp and spin settings would not work, 2nd washer doesn't spin clothes out well at all and soap and softener doesn't all come out of the trays.
