    Delivery and installation went smoothly for the most part. LG is supposed to he the best, we will see if it lives up to its name!

    Do not buy this machine, unreliable and no support

    Do not buy this machine. I purchased this washer and in less than 2 weeks and after only 10 loads of clothes the washer broke and needed repairs. LG warranty did cover the issue, but it was over a week before they could come out. There is only one repairman in a major metro area. Once the repair was complete the machine immediately broke again and threw the same error. Was told it will be another week before they can come out again. I called LG requesting a replacement unit as this one was clearly defective from the factory, but was told that I have to wait at least 30 days before a replacement will be sent, or the repairman states it cannot be repaired. The repairman told me they tell everyone that, but he has no power to say a replacement is needed and that I will just have to wait the 30 days. Save yourself the trouble and buy a different model, and if you want any product support do NOT buy LG. I've had great support from other appliance manufacturers, LG is the first one to refuse to help any way they can.

    Don’t buy from these people

    Zero stars! Ordered this washer for delivery August 10, 3-7 pm time window. Home all day on couch with broken leg, unable to walk. Notified at 4 pm delivery was cancelled. Called and spoke to Idelle, ordered cancelled “because we were not home.” No text, call or knock on the door received. Asked for it still to be delivered (still in delivery window). She said we would receive call within 30 minutes. No call received, called back, spoke to Jose. Jose stated delivery man took picture of our house as proof that he was there, but attempt would be made to redeliver and we would receive call in one hour. No call received, we called back, spoke to Manuel. He stated machine had never even been on truck for delivery as it had been delivered too late from warehouse previous evening to make it into the truck for next day delivery. Asked to speak to supervisor, on hold for 20 minutes no super visit, so disconnected call. Called back, spoke to Jada, she stated machine was on truck but has been returned to store due to fact “we weren’t home when delivery attempted.” (We have been home entire day, phone in hand, tv on mute). Next delivery offered Wednesday August 14. Explained 17’ long metal ramp with railings is to be installed Monday August 12 at 2 pm which will almost totally block access to the laundry room. Jada insists unable to change schedule. Explained my sister will video installation August 14 to ensure neither ramp nor machine damaged. Don’t BUY FROM BEST BUY

    Failed motor

    1st day delivered...excited about my purchase, started my first load of laundry...fried the motor... error code "LE". Gave away my old washer and stuck with this heavy paperweight for atleast a couple of days. With all these great reviews, i hope yours works. If it doesnt we should start up a bad luck club rehab group to talk about the good ole days where quality was great while hand washing our clothes signing "O brother where out thou".

    Actually, I would not even give this washer a one star rating. The spin cycle does not adequately get the water out of clothing or towels. It has taken 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours to dry towels. I do not recommend buying this machine, But, it you do test is carefully to you can return it before the 14 day window has expired.
