Love my smart washer that automatically dispenses detergent and fabric softener and determines the optimal wash settings based on load size. I couldn’t be more impressed. This machine has completely changed my laundry routine for the better. From the very first load, the auto-dispense feature stood out. You no longer have to measure and pour detergent for every wash — you just fill the reservoir when needed, and the washer does the rest. It’s perfect for busy mornings or loaded laundry days. The washer accurately dispenses the right amount of both detergent and softener every time, which has noticeably improved cleaning results and saved me money on detergent in the long run. The load sensing technology is brilliant and reliable. The washer consistently detects the size and fabric type of the load and selects the appropriate water level, cycle, and time. I used to struggle with choosing the right settings for mixed loads, but now the washer intuitively adjusts everything for me. I’ve noticed clothes come out cleaner and better treated and the clothes does not smell if i leave it in the washer for hours.

These are the absolute best working washer and dryer that I have ever bought. They wash everything quickly and efficiently while being quiet and fast. The app is an amazing help as well showing us the progress or letting you adjust the wash/dry cycles or times.

I've had the set for about 6 months now & if anyone says anything negative about this model, they don't know how to use it. When it actually works itself! I've never seen low water or anything that is disfunctional with this machine. If you're not sure what to do, just use AI. It measures the weight & supplies everything you need. Just PERFECT!

Best washing machine I ever purchased. Easy to use, puts in detergent and conditioner automatically. Very quiet, fast and clothes come out clean. I have cut my clothes in the washing machine and in out preforms my previous washing machine. what used to take 3.5 hours now takes a 1.5 hours and works far better.

Perfect for king size bedding.can fit oversized comforter and all the sheets/pillowcases. Modes are nice to reduce wobble on heavy items and for delicates

I am so happy with this washer. It works magnificently and the features that comes with it made me feel like a kid on Christmas day all over again. My clothes come out great and it works great. What more can I ask for?

Large number of features and options. Large capicity and ease of adding and removing itrms.

Quiet machine. Washes well. Large basket. Hard to get used to low water levels, as it is high eficiency. Like the top load. No need to clean gaskets.

I bought this washer for the large capacity and the automatic dispensers. The machine washes well and has MANY settings which is nice. The touch screen can be a bit of a challenge. If there is a smudge on top of the start option, you must wipe the smudge away first - it takes a little getting used to.

Love this Washing Machine once you learn all the option is very easy. Ask advior in store how to operate so you will know once it arrives.

The base of this unit is made of plastic. This plastic broke during delivery. Because Best Buy is responsible for warranty claims made within 48 hours of delivery, the unit's broken base was repaired by Best Buy in about 10 days. Just as soon as the base was repaired, the drain hose seam failed. At least when that happened the Geek Squad was still on site to witness it and put it on the same repair order for resolution later in the day. For a washing machine that retails for over a thousand dollars new as of this writing, $1,099 to be more precise, this should not be happening. My Maytag washer lasted 13 years, do you have the feeling that this will last 13 years given this review of my initial impressions of having this repaired twice in the first two weeks of ownership? Not likely. So, while it does wash clothes effectively, for now, I can say "wonderful". To the other not so ancillary considerations described previously, I can say "not so wonderful". Features I like on this washer are the dispenser, where you preload the soap and it auto-dispenses according to its needs that AI senses during prewash....and I do like that it connects to the LG app because then it allows for me to know when the laundry is done and when it needs removal. Those are features that I never had before and thought were tertiary considerations but I don't think I'd want another washer without those features now that I have them. Also, LG extended my warranty a year, for free, by registering on the app....which is very nice. I'm sure I'll need that warranty before it expires given my current experiences with the machine.

Absolutely love this washing machine. It cleans perfectly, and is so quiet that we had to go into the laundry room to check to make sure it was running the first time we used it.

Elegant design & plenty of features. Capacity meets expectations & wash cycles are varied. Large capacity to store detergent & fabric softener for many loads.

Large capacity, no issues washing king size comforters. I like that I can set up cycles according to my preference and send them to the washer from my phone. Then all I have to do next time is set the cycle on the washer. I like the reminder that my wash is done as I do tend to forget about it. The tub is deep and I'm a shorty. I do have to stand on tiptoes to get to the bottom. Someone did recommend tongs. Lol However, no issues with the machine, you can wash a LOT of clothes at the same time which definitely helps with time management.

The machine is fantastic. Just don’t buy it from BEST Buy. Their installer caused a gas leak and then when we tried to get them back to fix it it was going to take 5 days for them to come back. We paid to have a plumber fix it but then we realized the dryer they installed as well they didn’t finish installation of the steam kit. We have had to take 5 days off work to resolve it. And it still isn’t resolved. Not to mention 10+ hours on the phone/chat with people who claims to want to help but actually cannot. They promise help but no one follows through. The entire process has been awful. Lies and misleading information. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
