The LG washer and dryer is amazing. The many different settings is amazing. You put the soaps in the dispenser and it will dispersed the right amount for up to 24 loads which is pretty amazing. The connection for the steam for the dryer was pretty easy to do and i highly recommend if your water line is away from the dryer i think 6ft to 8ft would be perfect.

So far the washer has performed remarkably well. It is much quieter than the older LG model that it replaced. It also washes batches of laundry in less time which is a welcome improvement. Best of all, our clothes smell much fresher now.

This washer is amazing. It’s so big and convenient that we can wash our king sized comforters and large loads of clothing. It’s very quiet and sleek looking. My wife loves that she doesn’t need to pour in laundry detergent and softener every time because it has the auto dispenser.

I love this washer so much. The features in this machine is absolutely incredible. It has so much features and so easy to use. This also saves you a lot of money on getting detergent since it only consumes what the machine thinks how much detergent is needed for the items in the washer. Definitely recommend this washer. I absolutely love it!

A really good high capacity washer with a TON of customizable cycles. We switched from a font load machine and I’ve noticed the clothes just don’t get as clean overall, but we are happy with the purchase.

I bought this washer 9 months ago for a new home. It's worked fine until very recently when it started giving an error message at the start of most loads. We contacted LG support and before they would ever send a tech they sent us a video telling us to take the impeller out of the bottom to make sure nothing was stuck in it and of course there wasn't. After that, they sent a service tech out who told us the motor needs to be replaced. LG will not send more than one tech to move the machine and do the repair even though two were needed to bring it into the house and upstairs to the laundry area. I spoke to a manager at LG and they said they will only pay for the service company to send one tech for any appliance repair. I think its ridiculous to already need a motor replacement on a 9 month old washing machine that is only used in a household of two people, and even more ridiculous that the warranty doesn't even cover sending enough manpower to do the needed repair. This will be my last purchase of any LG product ever.
