I bought the washer and dryer set,which is a great set.Hooked up to wifi with no problem.Works great, works remotely through my phone.Great product. I would definitely buy again.

Love this washing machine. The AI settings are awesome. The holding tanks for detergent and softener add a convenience I hadn’t even thought of. Really enjoying it.

We have been using this washer for about 3 weeks. It does a great job in sizing the loads and helping determine how to best clean with minimal water use.

Terrible washer and even worse customer service! DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. And honestly don’t buy an appliance from Best Buy period. Piece of garbage! This product was delivered July 9, 2024, it hasn’t been great, but we’ve put up with it. A couple weeks ago it stopped mid cycle a couple times. We tried some troubleshooting, and unplugging the machine seemed to correct that issue. Well here we are July 11, 2025 and it just shut down completely. Doesn’t turn on at all, and of course in true Best Buy fashion there’s “nothing we can do to help unless you pay $125 just to SEE if someone can fix it.” I know things aren’t built like they used to be, but a $1000+ washer completely quitting after 1 year is ridiculous. And the company whose name is behind the sale saying “sorry about you” is even more absurd. I wasn’t expecting a free fix, but a $125 charge to see why their 1 year old washer completely stopped is outrageous. Way to say you don’t have faith in the products you sell. Starting from when we got it, if it’s set to any of the “deep water” settings, nothing gets clean. The clothes just barely swish around and nothing is “scrubbed” or cleaned. We dealt with it and washed using only the basic setting until the end of June when it started glitching here and there. I’m shocked by the number of positive reviews. I’d this broke after 5 years I’d understand. Maybe we got a “lemon”.. but in that case Best Buy still doesn’t stand behind their product. BUY SOMETHING ELSE AND GO THROUGH A DIFFERENT STORE!!

This washer ruined my life. Please do not get it. Every peace of clothing item it touches becomes ripped wnd damaged. The auto dispenser does not dispense enough soap and softener making my clothes not retain its shape and makes the clothing garments tight making my jeans and bras unwearable. At the end of the cycle the clothes don’t feel clean and also its not enough water on the clothes so when you put them in the dryer it dries and then shrinks within 10 minutes.

Outstanding washer!! Had an LG that was 10 years old and this was an exceptionably better upgrade… wish we would have done it sooner. Price matched with surrounding prices..

I’m beyond frustrated. So after making decision to purchase this set I had it delivered, I thought it would be delivered by best buy directly but no it was thru a third party, the two guys who delivered it treated my items like cheap toys, literally tossed them around like it was nothing they don’t use straps to lift them, they used their hands tried to carry it into my laundry room only to drop it bang it in the doorway then one of the guys had the nerve to tell me if we sucked tell us we sucked like really what you think! Unbelievable! So I called with a complaint to have best buy resend out new set, after waiting two more weeks the new set comes this time the delivery guys were way better did everything right very respectful of my items the only issue now was after hooking up the washer I noticed the floor wet only to see there’s a small leak coming from underneath the washer somewhere smh! Unbelievable! I swear! I should’ve listened when I read some reviews stating there were leaks now I’m done I just want a full refund and use it on a different set

This washer is the best we have owned in 30 years. Cleans great and leaves clothes soft and well rinsed. The ability to add water is a great improvement over our old washer.

This washer is beautifully made, but operationally deficient. In trying to make it easy to operate LG has made it too hard to tailor your wash cycle to your load requirements. The mist glaring problem is water coverage. It adds too little water to the normal setting, barely covering your clothes. Left that way it would really wear them out quickly if it didnt actually tear them up. I called LG and after a bit of conversation thry admitted thst this was the most complained about issue. You can do all of your loads on the Deep Wash setting, but that kind of makes the normal setting obsolete. We ultimately sent the washer back and purchased the lower end LG WT7150, which allows you to add water as needed. We like it very much. Not as pretty but its a washer, not a piece of art.

Great washing machine…. Very deep loading bin, and super efficient cleaning cycles. Great too see the wash-cycle in progress.

My wife is really enjoying her Top load washer! She’s been enjoy how quick and easy it’s been to wash loads of laundry.
