  • Beware of My bestbuy total and this dryer model

    We bought this dryer on may 14th, 30 days later the dryer died. Tech came out and couldn't get his tester to register power at the plug. So I had to call an electrician to come out, there were no issues with the electrical so I called bestbuy again. They agreed to replace the dryer since I bought the my best buy total coverage when I purchased the washer and dryer. They scheduled me for a replacement on JULY 9.....so now I'm without a dryer for 25 days. JULY 9th rolls around, oh no they still cannot get this model dryer I bought from the warehouse, and not it will be available until JULY 23 ....will it be here after my dryer has been down almost 2 months? I doubt it. Best buy sells items they cannot replace, and sells you my bestbuy total "warranty" that may replace your item in a few months. Imagine if this were a refrigerator. If I ever get this sorted out I won't be buying appliances at best buy again.

    Great washer. But leaks having a hard time of getting LG to come look at it since it's under manufacturer warranty. Best Buy said i could return it but if they came and got it, would cost me money.( leaks from inside where discharge hose is

    Very bad wash results. Its not able to fully flip the clothes. For heavy soiled clothes, it kept on just shake the clothes for 1 hour. The clothes on the top layer stayed on the top for 1 hour. How can you expect the best wash results with this. I recommend LG to put an large auger in it that can help to rotate clothes from the moment it starts.
