    Dear BestBuy managers, Almost three months ago, I purchased an LG washer and dryer that were supposed to be among the best on the market. All I can say is that I am very dissatisfied with my purchase. The washer does not clean as it should; it leaves my clothes somewhat dirty. And as for the dryer, it not only fails to remove all the pet hair, but the fabric softener sheets I use also get stuck in the drum's openings, which are supposed to efficiently expel hair and lint. It’s unacceptable that I spent nearly two thousand dollars on these two machines and am experiencing worse performance than the machines I had before. What I am requesting is the replacement of both machines with ones that are more effective and intelligent. I hope to hear from you soon. I plan to visit my local BestBuy store in Vallejo, CA, to seek a resolution to my dissatisfaction. Sincerely, Carlos Somocurcio Leon

    Save your money and get a machine that works

    Please do not waste your money on this washer. The software updates from the manufacturer disabled our machine. LG has been out twice and cannot fix the machine. Best Buy “can’t do anything since it is within the manufacturer warranty period.” Save your funds because you will end up frustrated with this machine.

    Washer ruins everything it touches

    This washer ruined my life. Please do not get it. Every peace of clothing item it touches becomes ripped wnd damaged. The auto dispenser does not dispense enough soap and softener making my clothes not retain its shape and makes the clothing garments tight making my jeans and bras unwearable. At the end of the cycle the clothes don’t feel clean and also its not enough water on the clothes so when you put them in the dryer it dries and then shrinks within 10 minutes.

    Avoid at all cost

    I am 28 cycles in and have had it fill the entire tub twice after the app told me the wash was complete. I wrote customer service who told me to plug a hair dryer into the outlet and see if it trips because they are pretty sure the outlet is bad. I ended that chat as the person did not know what the were talking about and I called customer service. This person informed me there was an imbalance and that it was filling with water to rebalance it. That would make sense if it was still running unfortunately the cycle was done and the app told me it was done and the tub filled with water for the next 5 mins. I had to wait for the water to drain. The customer service agent then informed me they can send someone out on my dime because nothing was wrong. Thankfully I am still in the return period and will avoid LG in the future.

    HORRIBLE! came with soap in the dispenser and when i started the first load i had a huge lead. didn’t even want to deal with them trying to fix it i returned them!

    Very bad service, they removed plastic parts where the water hoses are connected and didn't put them back on. When they left I had to disconnect everything and put them back on myself.

    The LG product I purchased AI washing machine and dryer work great. However dealing with the people in the store in Springfield on Baltimore Pike was a nightmare.

    I HATE this washer!!!

    I had such high hope for this washer!! However, I absolutely HATE it!!! The clothes (from the very beginning) come out dirtier than when they went in. We have Siberian huskies...so lots of fur. You can't tell there is fur on the clothes going in, but they are covered in fur and caked with gunk coming out! I do every load using DEEP FILL just to add extra water, but it doesn't matter. I so regret paying so much $ and buying this washer!!!

    Good washer….Best Buy employees are horrible

    Went to pickup my wqsher and enountered probably the most entitled and self-righteous employees i have ever seen. Hands down. Two other customers had the same experience. They literally would not engage with you unless forced, then walked away to complain about you to other employees while we were there. All of us went to a manager and same occurred. Love the products….service at the woodruff toad store is the worst it has ever been, they know it, and do not care!!! Amazing.

    Giftcard scam by bestbuy!

    The washer and dryer are great! However Bestbuy sakes rep promised the "$150.00" gift card that was the promotion during the sale and i never got it. Called them they said wait 2 weeks it will come in mail. It did not arrive after muliple calls they said they dint see the promotion. Than stated it wasnt applied by representative and sakes department had to fix it. Sakes department said they had to fix it and kept tossing me back and forth. The sakes rep even said and noted a giftcard should have been emailed but nothing. Giftcard is a scam.

    Broke after 10 washes repair bike repair person came out assessed it. No parts were available so I had to return it. Then bought another unit and it was missing the feet so I have to return that one. I will never buy another appliance from Best Buy again I had a horrible experience. Plus, I told Best Buy I was up two flights. STAIRS bought a refrigerator. The refrigerator was delivered and they wouldn’t bring it up the stairs because they said it needed four guys. They postponed it by three weeks to schedule four guys and two guys showed up and they didn’t wanna wait for the other two guys so two guys brought it upstairs. And I’m still missing a single panel from the refrigerator and they’re saying it’s now continued backorder till mid December.
