    This washer is probably the best washer I've ever owned. The AI feature is amazing, it communicates with the dryer too! The auto dispensing detergent feature is an absolute god send. DO NOT cheap out on the lower models. If you're in the market pay the extra $200 for piece of mind.

    I usually dont like to submit reviews so early after a purchase, since nowadays things break afyer y months. This washe is super quiet and has a soap and softner feature that automatically dispenses liquid soap. Washes well..

    I love all the features & settings to choose from. Changing settings is very intuitive and you don’t need a manual to figure out how to change them. The AI option works well! I also love that I don’t need a stool to get the clothes out like my last LG.

    Went to pickup my wqsher and enountered probably the most entitled and self-righteous employees i have ever seen. Hands down. Two other customers had the same experience. They literally would not engage with you unless forced, then walked away to complain about you to other employees while we were there. All of us went to a manager and same occurred. Love the products….service at the woodruff toad store is the worst it has ever been, they know it, and do not care!!! Amazing.

    Best Buy is horrible and deceitful! I have yet to get this product after waiting a month. Not to mention this is the 2nd set I purchased from Best Buy with in 2 years. Washers and dryers shouldn’t go this fast! No one is showing empathy or anything. I’m washing clothes at the laundromat yet best buy has all my money -
