Giftcard scam by bestbuy!

However Bestbuy sakes rep promised the "$150.00" gift card that was the promotion during the sale and i never got it. Called them they said wait 2 weeks it will come in mail. It did not arrive after muliple calls they said they dint see the promotion. Than stated it wasnt applied by representative and sakes department had to fix it. Sakes department said they had to fix it and kept tossing me back and forth. The sakes rep even said and noted a giftcard should have been emailed but nothing. Giftcard is a scam.

Never again
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Broke after 10 washes repair bike repair person came out assessed it. No parts were available so I had to return it. Then bought another unit and it was missing the feet so I have to return that one. I will never buy another appliance from Best Buy again I had a horrible experience. Plus, I told Best Buy I was up two flights. STAIRS bought a refrigerator. The refrigerator was delivered and they wouldn’t bring it up the stairs because they said it needed four guys. They postponed it by three weeks to schedule four guys and two guys showed up and they didn’t wanna wait for the other two guys so two guys brought it upstairs. And I’m still missing a single panel from the refrigerator and they’re saying it’s now continued backorder till mid December.
