Huge capacity! Controls are easy to use. The soap dispenser only needs to be filled when it gets low. We get maybe 10 or 12 loads before we need to refill.

The machine is fantastic. Just don’t buy it from BEST Buy. Their installer caused a gas leak and then when we tried to get them back to fix it it was going to take 5 days for them to come back. We paid to have a plumber fix it but then we realized the dryer they installed as well they didn’t finish installation of the steam kit. We have had to take 5 days off work to resolve it. And it still isn’t resolved. Not to mention 10+ hours on the phone/chat with people who claims to want to help but actually cannot. They promise help but no one follows through. The entire process has been awful. Lies and misleading information. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Very good for heavy load like comforter, Blanket etc. Easy to operate.

LG Model WT8600CB - 5.5 cu. ft. Top Load Washer with AI Sensing. We took delivery of the washer in December 2024. We miss the water plus feature to add additional water. This is crucial because the washer rarely adds enough water for easy movement of the cloths in the water. The automatic water level also, at times, adds too much water. As with our previous LG washer the water flow is slow and unnecessarily extends the wash time.

Very happy with my LG washer, the washer is extremely quiet and the features will take a little getting used to. I’m very happy with my purchase, and the performance of the washer. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a top load washer. I was unaware that the washer locks so you’re not able to add clothes After you start a cycle but overall still happy with the performance.

Our dryer went out and ee decided to replace the set. Our old washer was a Samsung front loader. No matter the detergent or how often I cleaned it our clothes had an odor. After a week of no dryer, there was a ton to catch up on, toddler mom. One losd in this thing was like doing three in my old washer! I finally was able to wash my plush king comforter at home instead of the laundromat! Best of all no smell! No residual smells of bleach, scent boosters, or musty clothes in the drum. Plus its super quiet when it runs, and doesn't shake the entire house! For reference we have multiple dogs and a toddler, and theres no dog hair left on anything either.

This is a great washer! Love all the cycle options and the Ez dispenser option as well. This top loader allows for big loads. The AI wash option also accordingly chooses the right wash type depending on the load. Highly recommended

Top loader is the only way to go. High capacity and high efficiency. It has multiple setting allowing you to do bedding which was a high capacity. In my old washer I had to do two loads. Now I can do all the bedding in one load

These are the absolute best working washer and dryer that I have ever bought. They wash everything quickly and efficiently while being quiet and fast. The app is an amazing help as well showing us the progress or letting you adjust the wash/dry cycles or times.

So far so good. I have not had much oppurtunty to use as it is for my beach house. The couple of times I have used it I really like it. It really is quiet and efficient.

Super quiet operation. Large capacity for families. I was able to wash beach towels and bath towels with easy. There are lots of options to tune in what you are washing. The auto dispenser great too! You just fill it and the machine does the rest.

I’ve had no issues at all after a year of use. All the bells & whistles you could want or need! Yes, it sounds like the ice cream man pulling up when a cycle finishes but I’m not complaining lol I like ice cream

This washer is terrific. Cleans clothes great, easy controls and all the cycles you need. Wifi connectivity works great, lets you know when wash is done. Delivery was on time and flawless, the people were neat and did a great job.

Big bin… smart dispenser. This makes life so.much easier! I have the dryer too and so pretty together I just keep walking in the laundry room to stare ant my new, efficient, pretty machines!

I've had the set for about 6 months now & if anyone says anything negative about this model, they don't know how to use it. When it actually works itself! I've never seen low water or anything that is disfunctional with this machine. If you're not sure what to do, just use AI. It measures the weight & supplies everything you need. Just PERFECT!

Best washer I've ever owned. It is very large capacity, washes two king size blankets with no issues. And I can reach the bottom!! Love that I can change the ringtone for end signal to know which is which. Really like the matte black finish, although the washer top is shiny glass, but not too bad on the fingerprints.

this washer is so sleek looking and I love that they lowered the lip in the front so you can put clothes in without getting up on your tippy toes or using a stool

Love the is combo of washer and dryer. They are like no other washer and dryer I have ever used. In addition to to the advanced technology that makes doing laundry so much more stress free but it via the LG app you can control the cycles and receive tips on to care for your investment.

Love this washer. I've had it for a year, no issues at all. works very good. remembers what loads I'm using and automatically dispenses soap and softener. I refilled them once a week or less. adjust everything on the LG app. notifications to the phone are super helpful to remember to move clothes into dryer in time.

This product made me realize that the previous product I had was causing damages to my clothes. I am glad I bought this product and I highly recommend everyone to please if you have to buy a product go with this particular brand
