Amazing washer, it’s so easy to use and nice large capacity.

Very good washer, it has been 2 months since purchase and i am happy so far.. very quiet washer compare to my previously own washer.

So far so good. I’d rather write a review in a year when the machine has actually been through some use. But I will never go back to a front load washer, this things washes huge loads adequately

I love the inside of the washer. It’s a lot of room and I can wash my blankets. The clothes come out extremely clean. I love the separation of detergent from bleach and fabric softener.

Love this washer. You can fit pretty much anything in it. We have the washable area rugs and it fits in there no problem. We also have a pool so I am always washing several beach towels and now I can do them all at one time. Saves me so much time.

Washer is quick and efficient. Machine is able to send notification when cycle is complete, which is nice. Panel is easy to use.

Don’t get me wrong the washer is great, but let me say this. I had a screw come loose some where i heard it fall inside the back of the washer. There is a crack where the door and washer meet at the top and now the door is extremely loose and it slams shut now instead of closing gently. I am the only person using this washing machine. I have reached out to best buy, they connected with lg because i am still in warranty with them. Lg has given me the run around i have called twice, no follow up or nothing. I am very upset, i paid too much money and i haven’t had it a whole year yet.

The only thing to improve is to have all items in brighter white as they are hard to see, especially the Power and Start.

I'm enjoying using my new washer. It is large and is spacious, does comforters and bedspreads easily. No more going to the laundromat to do big loads and is easy on fabrics. I would recommend this product and also enjoy using the LG thinQ app on my iPhone, it lists all LG products in my home, and I can use it remotely.

Great washing machine without an agitator in the center. Huge capacity with many high-tech features and option. Would definitely buy again.
