This LG washer is amazing and mesmerizing I put my laundry in to wash and end up staring trough the glass at how it twists, turns and spins everything comes out clean and not tied up in knots like my old washer this LG is quiet efficient and very stylish the set together looks amazing! I would definitely recommend LG to anyone

Are any of these reviews written AFTER using the machine? This lid has no rubber gasket, so the water seeps out from the lid. While watching my first load being washed, I was shocked at the amount of water on the inside of the lid. THEN I noticed that water was gathering on the OUTSIDE of the lid. When I stopped the washer, the amount of water dripping down from every edge of the lid was insane. This is a major design defect. Or maybe mine is defective? But I looked at the product photos again, and notice there is not a gasket in any of the product photos. So this must be the design! Some other issues - it cannot handle heavy blankets. I tried another load, and it's been going for 5 HOURS. It keeps spitting more water in to try to balance. I've stopped it twice to rearrange, but it's not helping. To add to that, there is no spin-only setting (maybe on the phone app??) I finally had to remove the blanket and will take it to the laundromat after venting my frustration in this review! Another annoyance - the black panel makes buttons difficult to see. When we first got it installed and were excited to do our first load, we couldn't find the power button! I'm only in my 40s... my eye's aren't THAT bad yet, but we had to get our phone light out to find it. I will give you one pro - the washer is very quiet. We are really bummed to have to replace this because we were impressed at how quiet it is.

I purchased for large capacity, no agitator , different settings from small to large loads to include , washing large quilts and rugs. Love this washer!

I cannot believe how efficient this washing machine is. It almost runs by itself. It is extremely user friendly and easy to operate. If Best Buy wants to use me as a reference, I would be glad to share what i have learned from how this washing machine operates. Best purchase I have ever made.

Love the ease of choosing the different wash options with the machine pre- programmed already with its sense technology. Awesome quietness on the spin cycles. Some dislike the melody notification at the end of the wash cycle but I take it as a plus because it has a cute ring to it and is helpful to let owner know the job is all done.

I stepped out of my comfort zone when purchasing this washing machine. I’ve never used a washing machine without an agitator. I’ve got to say I was a bit skeptical at first but I love it!! Living and working in a farm requires doing a lot of laundry each and every night. The washer is fast, efficient and the clothes come out nice and clean. Would recommend purchasing if you are in the market for a new washing experience!!

This washer is awesome. The tech that helped me made it easy for me to choose. It plays a little tune before and after letting you know that it’s starting to wash and when it’s finished. Also, it doesn’t have the middle part which I didn’t know at the time that it damages your clothes. Clothes feel softer without that adaptor in the middle. It’s also a perfect size in the middle. I also learned that LG is one of the better brands at the moment for appliances. My fur babies also love climbing on things and it is pet friendly from causing scratches. Easy to press buttons and easy to follow, nothing complicated or hard to follow. Price wise I think is affordable and with the Best Buy credit you can make payments with 0 interest for a whole year. Thank you to the team at Best Buy!

This washer is amazing. I didn’t want to get it , until I decided to try. It’s very easy to use, works so smoothly, no noise. It has many options easy to select and the result is amazing! I will recommend it to everyone who wants to upgrade.

The machine looks awesome! It is very quiet. I like not having an agitator. I think it cleans our laundry good and spins out nice.

Just purchased this machine. Only used it a few times but so far so good. Lots of options and smart features as you can control it from your phone. Very easy to use and very nice aesthetic design. A little pricey but if it lasts for a long time is well worth the price.

Love this machine. Impressive modern/AI tools but best part is it really gets clothing clean and it is the quietest machine I have ever had or seen. I wish the display was not black - a little hard to see but there are many cycles - other drawback for my family is that there no "written choice" for a delicate cycle (what?) so you need to change the settings for the temp. of the water and spin cycle too.

This was a big deal for us, going from a no frills washer that was at least 10 years old. Thought this one would be quieter than our old one, which sounded like it was going to lift off on the spin cycle. Nope, this one is still loud. Worse than that though, is that for some reason LG seems to think people want to wash their normal loads on HOT. Who does that?? So I have to hope that my kids and husband will set the load to Normal then take the extra step of setting the temp to cold. Our bills are high enough alread, and I don't think our clothes are going to appreciate constant HOT wash cycles. Oh, and the tray that is for filling liquid detergent and softner constantly has puddles. We bought the top load so that we could keep it open when not in use to prevent mildew and now we seem to have bought a washer that has added an extra feature to encourage mildew! No, I would not recommend this washer. I wish I'd picked something else.

Bought pair looks modern and interested from the one i had front load but its easier to load the clothes
