Make sure to hold the lid while filling the washer. Even when its pushed all the way back, while filling it, it vibrates the washer and makes the lid want to fall.

LG Junk With No Support

Around two years later, it is now throwing a series of error codes. Talking to LG Support, they (a snooty sounding support lady) wanted $400+ for a technician to come to our home! We have bought Whirlpool before and had the machine last over a decade. This is a hugely disappointing purchase. We will eventually be rid of this machine and will no longer buy LG.
