Compared to my old water saving LG washer that I had to add water to with each cycle, this new one is a dream. Fill it, turn it on and it works perfectly! My dream come true. I love the larger tub capacity too! Washed my first bedspread the other day!

Excellent capacity, spins out very well so less dryer time is needed. The steam feature is great especially for bedding. I saw the add on Best Buy and the sale price was almost half off. The price of this washer was less than the old one with more features. Our old one had a slopped top, this one is flat on top so we can lay items on top.

It was time for a upgrade and I definitely didn’t want a front loader. At first I was looking at a different washer same brand but within minutes of speaking to an a wonderful gentleman on the phone I got this washer/ dryer set for good price and I love it. I don’t regret it. It’s got a big drum, I can do heavy loads and overall just easy to use. Didn’t take long to figure it out.

Washer settings are numerous. But clear and useful. Great choices in temperature, rinses and water use. A little pricey, but we'll wort it. Cleans everything great. Large capacity can cope with everything from large bedding items to big loads of towels, and pillows.

This is a great machine. Bought it for my mom to replace her old one. Very easy to use/ operate and u can fit king size comfort blankets with ease, so there is plenty of room. Great product and price!

Large drum so it can handle large loads. The unit is relatively quiet. Not as efficient as front-loading machines, but our room is not build to equip front loading, so for a top load, I couldn't be happier.

Definitely an upgrade from my previous front load LG. Larger capacity and clothes smell great. Clothes look brighter. I can fit more in the tub. Short folks will need a step stool to get to the bottom of this drum. Only draw back is steep jump in price to get sanitization cycle and they don't offer in white; which bumps the cost up.

Runs quiet, the machine is on the second floor of my home and you would never know it is running while sitting in the room below! Love getting the notifications on my phone when the cycle is complete. Very pleased with how it cleans my laundry.

So far so good. No problems and it cleans very well. The cycles are longer than usual but speed wash is 30min. Absolutely love love love the sanitary and allerginie cycles. The size of the tub is a huge bonus it fits our oversized blanket. Had the machine since September will update if there are any upsets.

We have been quite pleased with this washing machine. Our appliance repair guy recommended LG washing machines and dryers, and he was right--the machine is well made, reasonably quiet and we've had no issues so far (we've had it for 5 weeks) with load balancing or washing. The only note to make is that the wash tub is deep, so if you have short arms like me, small items like socks may be at the bottom and hard to reach. I use a step stool or a reacher tool to grab them, but it's something to take note of if you're under 5'7" in height.

WOW!, WE LOVE THIS WASHER. So much better than the front-loading Samsung we purchased 2 years ago. Super easy to use, and easy to load and unload. Massive capacity. A very quiet washer. I would highly recommend purchasing this LG Washer

Had to purchase a new washer quickly, and we are not disappointed. Large capacity and washes well without an agitator! Would highly recommend.

Went from a GE washer dryer set to 1st time LG washer dryer set owner and definitely noticing a difference in performance all around, e.g., better wash, faster dry, much quieter sound, etc.

Been using the washer for several weeks and haven't had any problems. Our old Whirlpool washer would give an error when about 15 minutes left for the load. This LG is working good so far and it's slimer than the Whirlpool.

This washer is huge! I needed this when my kids were young. I love it!

I love this washer. If anything it overdelivered. The capacity is huge, bigger then I thought. It works very well. I am happy to have this washer. The installers were able to hook it up in literally minutes. It took them longer to teach me how to use it. I would recommend to anyone.

This is by far the best washer we have ever owned. It's is not only super easy to use but we love the huge tub and the fact that we now do fewer loads than before because of the amount of room you have. Our clothes come out fresh and clean and in less time than our old washer. This is well worth the price and the style is exactly what we were looking for.

This washer has a huge capacity and the options for washes are amazing! I have bought this washer several times for past homes. I used to only buy front load but this washer holds even more without an agitator. I only buy LG washer & dryers.
