My husband does 98% of the laundry and I have it hooked up to the Alexa in his office so it lets him know what the washer is complete. The tub is super deep and I’m short so I struggle to get the socks or small clothes out of the bottom.

It’s quiet, washes quicker than our last one and does a great job! I did a lot of research, read reviews not just on Best Buy but Home Depot, Wayfair, Lowe’s an others. This one had the best reviews also is on consumer reports as one of their top washers. I just got it but so far it works great! If yr a tech person you will like the WiFi options but for me I don’t have no need for that.

Her old washer in the same style would tangle of clothes really bad, this one doesn't. She said the old one washed 7 towels in one load, this one does 14 towels. She is happy. I am happy. Now we just need to see if it lasts. Other reviews I read say not to worry about that.

Deeming it useless. As a washer the though, I love how large it is!!

Some would probably say "yes", but I'm loving it. I am now down to just one load of laundry at a time (used to be 3-4) Unless I'm washing a red shirt or something, I put everything in one load (except for my expensive bed sheets, they get their own load). By the time the load is done washing, spinning it doesn't take much for the dryer to finish things up.
