Great capacity and easy to use... except still trying to figure out the wash selections. Clothes always come out feeling WARM no matter how many times the COLD setting is selected.

My clothes definitely come out smelling and looking clean. That's the most important. 2 things that would make it better, in my opinion, are easy to read functions on the dial and self closing soap dispenser. I'm having a hard time reading the words on the dial and if I forget to push the soap dispenser back in after filling with detergent, it stays open. It should close when you shut the lid. All in all it's a great product so far. If it was an option I would have given it 9 1/2 stars.
