I really like that I get status updates and control the washer through the LG app. Its very convenient, I can remotely monitor and adjust it. I have very happy with this washer and I would buy it again!

My clothes definitely come out smelling and looking clean. That's the most important. 2 things that would make it better, in my opinion, are easy to read functions on the dial and self closing soap dispenser. I'm having a hard time reading the words on the dial and if I forget to push the soap dispenser back in after filling with detergent, it stays open. It should close when you shut the lid. All in all it's a great product so far. If it was an option I would have given it 9 1/2 stars.

If you’re short like I am, you may find reaching the bottom a bit of a challenge though. It is pretty inside and out. I like the preset settings. It makes laundry easy. It’s the nicest washer I’ve ever had.
