I have no complaints. One of the best purchases that I’ve made him a long time. As a new homeowner, it was not only important to have a quality, washer and dryer, but it also helps that it is easy to use and a very nice looking design alongside the matching dryer. Very happy with this purchase

I bought this for my mom and she has told me at least...oh...6 times how much she loves her washing machine. This model does indeed use high-efficiency detergent for those that were not sure. What I love about this thing is that if you choose "extra rinse," it automatically switches the washing mode to "deep wash" but it doesn't just fill it with the same amount of water every time. It knows where the top of your laundry is and it will spin around a few times while it senses it, filling with water, spinning a bit more, then will add more water if necessary. So if you have a huge load, it will fill it with water if it needs to but if the load isn't that large, it will only fill what is needed (even though the same deep wash mode is selected). It's so awesome. Seriously. So then let's say that you select medium spin but it's actually towels and it's not done yet. It'll say 1 minute left but it knows that your towels are still wet and need more spin, so it'll keep going until it detects that it's good to go. Don't worry about what the timer says is left - the number is just an estimate but if it needs more time, it will take care of you.

I fell in love with all of the options, timers, ect. I would purchase the one. It has a very large load capacity. It reminds me of the large laundromat washers

Huge capacity, quiet, and fast wash times. Haven't used the Smart app feature yet, but with the chimes that go off when it finishes, haven't had much a need to. Had great reviews from family members with similar LG versus poor reviews that we had heard from people with Samsung.
