Had my eye on this washer and dryer set for forever! Finally got it. Love how big it is and no one tells you about how LG has an app that connects all your appliances to your phone. So it lets you know when it's done washing/ drying, smart diagnosis, etc.

Machine works well and was easy to conduct a DIY install after technicians were unable to perform the install. Startup directions in the owners manual did not include a critical step to perform the hookup and operational startup check. A quick call to GE resolved the issue with a simple step of pushing the power button a specified number of times at the initial startup test.

Wonderful washing machine. Quiet and very efficient

Decent Washer at best. Have had it 2.5 years. Last 6 months its been making weird noises off and on and once and awhile an error code pops up. Now it won't spin during the rinse cycle. Trouble shooting suggestions are obvious, check filter or crimped drainage hose. Neither is the problem so need service tech.

We’ve had other brands and front loads - this one blows the rest out the water. You can fit HUGE loads and your clothes will always come out fresh and clean. Highly recommend. Don’t waste your time on searching for others, this is all you need.

Had to replace a old old washer & now learning a few things and very pleased

Much bigger than I thought! Love it as clothes have room to move around and I actually can do more in one load so that I wash less times. Nice looking machine, lots of choices on the panel. Only thing I do not really like is where the detergent/softener pull out tray is—very hard to pour detergent into tray as it is so close to the lid.

A GIANT lifesaver! Have had it for about a month now, and haven’t had any complaints. We use it about 2-3 times a week. You can fit king size comforters with ease. I love the wifi / app capability, having your phone or Alexa tell you that the washer is finished is a a big help when away from the laundry room.

Only used twice so far, no issues. Lots of room for big loads, quiet too.

Purchasing this washer has been a transformative experience for me. Washing options are easier and quieter and quicker than my old 23 year old washer that gave me so many years of good service. So glad I made this purchase!

Big step up in quality and features for us. So much more room for large loads, blankets, comforters, whatever you want. There's a bit of a learning curve due to the overabundance of options on the control panel, but once you figure that out, it's pretty smooth. The wi-fi connection for remote control and status updates is convenient. So far, no problems.

Great washer! I love the clear top so you can see your wash. Also I like how the top stays up so you can keep throwing things in it without banging your head. One down side is that it is very deep. I’m 5’7” and have to really stretch to get things out of the bottom of it

Bought this to replace a 10 year old LG front load washer that was on it's last leg. So far, this washer has been great. It washes faster than my old washer and the clothes come out cleaner. The capacity is big enough for my king size comforter. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

Great washer, actually fills tub all the way which is something I’ve been craving in a washing machine. Clothes come out clean and fresh with no soap residue left behind, definitely worth it
