No problems so far. The only thing that is annoying is the humming when it’s beginning to spin. Other than that, it’s awesome that it lets me know when it’s finished through the LG ThinQ app with a notification.

Love the size of the drum can wash my comforters without going to public places to wash them.

Had to buy a new one after my Cabrio died unexpectedly and received this in two days. Love the efficiency and the features, although I confess I haven’t used all of them. Does a great job! My last washer was a normal-sized washer, and what filled it up doesn't come close on this machine. My only problem is I am short and have trouble reaching the clothes at the bottom.

Only downfall is the terrible song it played when it was done with the cycle. Moved it to the basement and it is no longer a problem.

It’s a good washer gets clothes clean. I just don’t like that there’s not enough water to cover clothes and I have to change settings so that more water comes out. Other than that it’s a good washer overall better than my old whirlpool agitator. It’s huge you can fit your comforters and still have room.

I haven't set up the Smart features, no need. Being a short person, I can't reach the washed clothes easily (LOL) so I use a grabber to get them when the cycle ends. I probably could have done fine with a smaller capacity unit, but I'm happy with the wash results.

Coming Clean

That LG lasted 9 years so I can't complain. The newer models are slightly taller and thinner I noticed, if that lhelps.

Just set your desired treatment, water temp, spin cycle a start. I am especially thrilled bc now I can wash double size blankets and not have to go to laundromat to do so.
